Step 1. Foundation is poured and backfilled.

Step 2. Numbered panels will arrive on a flatbed trailer.

Step 3. Panels are ready to start setting up.
Step 4. Cast bolt holes in panels.
Step 5. Resume setting panels.

Step 6. Hammer drilling into foundation.
|
Step 7. Utilities are installed under flooring.
|
|
Step 8. Flooring is poured.
|
Step 9. Floors are sealed.
|
Step 10. Framing is installed.
Step 11. Insulation is installed.
Step 12. Drywall is hung.
Step 13. Finished exterior product.
Step 14. Finished interior product.
The tools needed for construction are: hammer drill, concrete saw and wrenches.
The panels can be installed using an extenda boom forklift, boom truck or crane.
